Slaying suspect: It was 'jihadi attack'

A Tennessee man -- accused in a fatal attack at a military recruiting center in Arkansas in June -- has written to the judge in the case, pleading guilty and claiming to have ties to al Qaeda in Yemen, his attorney said.<div class="feedflare">
