I'm thinking that sometimes I hate working with the public. If I have to spend 9 hours today smiling blankly and nodding at people's sour grapes--and I will--I'll go crazy...
It's hard to accept that I just can't do everything I want to. We're moving this weekend and there is a lot of **** to do in the next 8 days. I pushed myself too hard last Friday and have been paying for it since then. I've been forced to sit down for 4 days now and it's driving me nuts. I know I must, but it's hard to say "I have to sit down now," "I can't do that," "I have to stop now," and "I need help." It's frustrating for me to sit down when there is so much to do :gah:
And WHAT is with the mood swings? Everything is annoying the crap out of me. Another shopper's cart had a squeaky wheel at a store tonight and it was overwhelmingly irritating. It feels like PMS x 100 except it never ends. It gets worse when my blood sugar drops. So I have to eat more often to maintain steady blood sugar, triggering heartburn and weight gain. I feel like a freaking cow and there's not much I can do about it right now except keep grazing.
I'm sorry for what is a pretty selfish rant when many of you have actual problems. Mine is really just my frustration at my body doing what it's supposed to do.
Don't do anything!!! Let everyone else move for you. We moved too when I was pregnant, dd ended up being born 6 weeks early (because maybe I overdid it I don't know). Not trying to scare you just saying take it easy. You can be the boss and tell everyone what to do!It's hard to accept that I just can't do everything I want to. Movember and DH is participating... I support the cause but blech ;-P it took me years to get him to shave it off before! Hopefully all the gray hairs will motivate him to do so sooner this time.
That's no shaving for the month right?? I can't stand the feel of hairy legs. I will be shaving. Lol 2 days is my limit
Why does it seem like today is crawling by???
Considering the fact that the printed under-cabinet template holes were 1/2 inch off...ON THE TEMPLATE...NOT OUR MISTAKE....we got 'er done!
.
Any swearing or throwing of tools?Dh and I installed our Over the range microwave today! :cartwheel: "Bonding" time!:giggles:

All in all, looks great, and it's wonderful to have 1100 watts and a turntable again, as apposed to a 600 watt w/NO turntable!
We both learned about stuffs today....Drilling holes through tile..without breaking them(never had to do before), and working with metal studs (never had them).
Get the proper tool for the job.
