We're just a few days away from Sonic Origin's release date, it's a brand new collection of the classic Sonic games on the Sega Mega Drive/Genesis as well as Sonic CD. These are ports and will not be emulated. Unfortunately the channel GameXPlain leaked all the cutscenes that were added to the game to tie in all the classics... I've been trying to avoid them, I don't want them to be spoiled for me. Also a few of my favorite tracks in Sonic 3 and Knuckles had to be replaced due to copyright issues, which is also the reason why it took Sega over a decade to re-release the game. I already pre-ordered the game along with all the DLC that was available through preorders, and the game already has been pre-downloaded to my PS5 so after work I'm booting up my PS5 and playing it!
