From what I can tell, you have a monitoring device that you put in your car and based on your driving habits your rates are reduced.

Is anyone currently participating in this program? If so, how much do you save? Is it hard to get A ratings?

I don't know if I am too keen on them collecting data on me, but might be up for it if I can save a substantial amount off my insurance.

20/20 did a feature on them

have considered on and off going with it.

Progressive also has this.

Doesn't matter how much I would save, I am not about to invite big brother into my car.

They can just go off my accident/traffic history.

amer family does not offer one. they dont charge to use the camera

I considered doing this when my DD started driving, mostly so I could see how she did. After calling to discuss with my Am. fam. agent I decided against it because if you are in an accident the video can be used against you. No thanks.
