As to your response in New Athlon System...

Well I'm getting really good stuff. I'm gonna go for:
1.2Ghz
256 MB RAM
45 GB HD
(haven't found motherboard yet)
GeForce2 Ultra
(haven't found case yet)

and yeah...

As for the old system. It can play the top of the line games for when the compuyter came out, which means pushing it to its limits. No way in hell could it play Dues Ex, cuz it's this:
200 Mhz
48 MB RAM
6 GB HD
Some video card which you could probably buy for $5

...so yeah...

Abit KT7A and KT7A-RAID (same as above, but with onboard ATA100)
Asus A7V
MSI K7T Pro2A

All nice motherboards for an Athlon/Duron system.

Microbarn has a pretty good price on the MSI motherboard, and PCHertz.com has free shipping on Antec cases right now. Their initial price is kinda high, but the free shipping's a nice touch.

I'd usually recommend Onvia.com for cases because they had free shipping, but they just moved their retail portion to Firstsource, eliminated free shipping and raised their prices.

If all else fails, I always recommend Mwave for computer parts. Good prices and reasonable shipping.

In general, I like the Enlight case. It's really easy to work in, lots of room, well constructed, and cools very well. It's even easily modded, if you're into that kind of thing.

However, I recently got a good deal on a full tower Antec, and they paid a lot of attention to detail. For all of the positive aspects of the Enlight case, Antec improved upon them.
Where there is the occasional sharp edge in the Enlight, they are nowhere to be found in the Antec. Also, the Antec has a little bracket build into the bottom of the case to hold the drive rails. Nice touch.

The only negative to the Antec is the price. For a mid-tower, Antec is roughly 40% more than the Enlight. I'm glad I got the Antec case, but if I were on a budget, I'd be more than happy with the Enlight.
I've literally built dozens of systems with the Enlight case, and I used the EN-7237 exclusively for systems I build for others.

Side note: many people praise Inwin cases, but I've used 2 so far and absolutely HATED working with it. Very cramped and not easy to set up. Forget about upgrading inside them because they're tight as hell.
I DON'T recommend Inwin cases.

Well surprisingly, the computer I'm using this second has the Enlight case!!

Yes, they're all of what you said! (bro made this one) But, bro said that he came across a problem. It was either the case, or the ASUS CUSL2 motherboard, but who knows. He said that something wasn't easy to deal with...he could do it, but it was kind of rough.
But, it's muy bueno in my book!

When I first saw it, it was like "woah...do you need all the room!?" And even with the stuff in it, I could add 2 more drivers in it and fans and all that good stuff!!
Antec, I've heard about those. I think my bro just bought another one, made by Antec. *goes to look to see if brand name is on case*

I should mention that I went from a 13-bay Aopen HX-08, which has more room than just about anyone (but me) should need.

That thing was roomy, but it was a **** to work in, and it didn't cool very well. It had some significant design flaws, but it was built to last. It's built like a tank.

Moving to the Antec with 3 less drive bays has forced me to sacrifice my SCSI hard drives, but I have them running in a quasi-server right now.

But that's not too big of a problem, since I have onboard IDE and RAID, so I'm running 4 IBM 75GXP 30GB drives right now, and still have the capability to add 4 more, provided the case doesn't run out of space.

Still, even though it's smaller, it's worlds easier to work in and around than the Aopen case.

So which would you recommend I get, an Enlight or the Antec?
I'm thinking I should check into the Antec, no?

Honestly, either will work. Both are excellent cases.
The Antec will cost you more money. The Enlight might be more suited towards the mods that you want to make.

I think with either one, you can do a window mod, but I think you'll have better luck doing the blowholes with the Enlight.

Used to be you could get it with free shipping at Onvia, but they cancelled that.
Considering that you'll probably have to pay shipping, I'd go with either www.mwave.com or www.axiontech.com.
Cases are heavy, so expect high shipping charges, but those 2 places are pretty reasonable.

Another thing you should be aware of, Nap, when using AMD is to use a recommended power supply. Go to http://www.amd.com and look for the list of recommended power supplies. I picked up the Enermax 350 W job, and that thing is a BEAST. It's built for server applications as it has tons of connectors and also two fans. I'm starting to consider SCSI...

FWIW, the Antec case comes with an AMD approved PS.
The Enlight hasn't been approved by AMD, but it works just fine.

Cool. Antec has some quality stuff, anyway.

<off topic> I have an Antec ISA Televiewer that uses a VGA pass through connector for watching TV. The system was meant to work in Windows 3.1 and even in DOS. It still works in Win98...shockingly enough. Anyway, that piece of hardware is indestructible. It resides in my older computer, still.</off topic>
