So this past summer I was an active weed smoker, having a bowl or two after work 3 or 4 times a week (a healthy amount). However, after the summer (and work for me) ended and school began, I started smoking more and more. Before I knew it my tolerance was through the roof and I was smoking about 0.75 a gram a day (still did until today >.<), and over a gram on weekends/at parties.
I've now decided it's definitely time for a "tolerance break." I'm aiming to quit for at least three weeks, and after my break I'll go back to smoking only about 2-3 times a week. Today is the first day of my break.
Has anyone else ever taken a tolerance break? Any tips?
