Why do you think so? 
To be honest even though she's famous for having tons of boyfriends fairly frequently, and then turning around and writing a song about them, her songs are actually good and she has a lot of talent.
I know she's a serial dater and the fact she creates so much drama around it is incredibly annoying, but I try not to judge other people concerning their romantic and sexual lives because for all we know she genuinely loved these men who've screwed her over and she's just looking for love.
That said, she also might be a **** who's just playing around with men. In any case, she's the one making millions of dollars, not me

She's had 2 boyfriends in 2 years haha, one of her kind of recent "boyfriends" was just a publicity stunt anyway so it was fake
I really like her music even though she does tend to sing about the same thing ngl :D
Miley Cyrus is seen as more of a '****' than Taylor, thanks to her 'We Can't Stop' song and video, while Swift's songs appear more innocent. But in reality, since something like 2006, Miley's had about 3 boyfriends. Taylor has apparently had like 15.
I know if I knew nothing about the celebs, and saw Miley's video, and say Taylor's Red, Everything Has Changed... or pretty much any of her songs, I'd think Miley was the one jumping from guy to guy.

Don't know much of celebrities and her songs are not unpleasant but here's what I think. People criticize her all the time but I also reckon it must be really difficult to find a man after her fame for 'serial dater'; besides, it's not always easy to find a genuinely decent guy when you're rich as hell.
