theres a problem

lately, i've tried to add a custom php file but at the begening it says general error' that couldn't open language file when i fixed it out here what it says

The 500 Internal Server Error is a very general HTTP status code that means something has gone wrong on the web site's server but the server could not be more specific on what the exact problem is.

Its a host issue, rather than a php problem, this is what i feel, i leave the rest to the pro's

It's a server error. If something is installed correctly, you will experience it. Take a look at your .htaccess file.

Its a host issue, rather than a php problem

It's a permissions issue. error_log will give the details about it. Hence why it's a 5XX error. Serverside.
