Nanotherms

I've read a lot of good things about the Nanotherm pastes. Apparently much better than the AC3, especially the Silver XTC. It was a while back when I heard about it, so I don't know about the PCM+ stuff. I actually spent a while looking for the stuff but everywhere I went had it at a much higher price than the MSRP. I would really like to get some, considering I have generic paste on my CPU at the present moment. But whatever you can come up with on the Shin Etsu will be greatly appreciated.

where can u get shin etsu, and for how much? i want some :D if u have some left ill buy it off u

i got some crappy antec reference thermal paste...i wonder if that shin etsu stuff would make a huge difference on my cooling

Chances are it will probably drop it anywhere from five to fifteen degrees Celsius. I would love to get any type of non-generic thermal paste, that way I could get forty to thirty five degree temps.

yea i'm looking for about a 30-33C load if i were to get it with slk900 and 92mm tornado

i just wish i could stay under 50C even in load i mean **** im at 50.5C doing nothing but winamp and writing on this forum...i wouldnt call that load

32C cpu , and 26c nb right now...pretty good temps and prolly at half load

*edit* getting 31C cpu and 25C nb now

I really do wish I could get those temps. I am pretty sure it is this generic paste and maybe CoolerMasters Aero7+ fan is not all it is cracked up to be. I may need a tornado.

i don't trust my cpus with anything but thermalright mainly for their slk line of products... i have 2 of em and i've never used anything better

word, i hate thermaltake, had a volcano 5 once, it did its job on a duron 950, but i woudln't even trust a v11 on anything higher...just my nickel ;x

yea seriously thermaltake sucks cept for some of their fans...ultima has like volcano 9 and for 30 whatever it sucks
