I dunno... the article comes off as somewhat alarmist.
I mean, they state several times that it's not necessarily an effective weapon because it "is unstable in the environment and requires high levels of technical expertise to make it suitable for aerosol release", and the likelihood that someone could use it against our troops seems unlikely.

Frighteningly, it seems like it would be a much more effective weapon against a civilian population if it were, say, dumped into a water supply, but then, the article makes no mention of whether the toxin stays viable in water or if it loses effectiveness through dilution.
