This just has me fuming!

I have been looking at forums to see who has lots of members, where members post, what members post, etc. Of course I understand it takes time to grow a forum, like any other online site. But what really just gets me fuming is those new forums that have nothing to say, no real posts, no tips, nothing, BUT they have a section like "Sexy Bikini Photos" and in few days over thousands of members!

Does a webmaster REALLY have to go to that level to get members?
Do I have to have a section that suggest some kind of adult material so my site will be a success?

Well those forum owners are taking a shortcut instead of doing the hard work. If I were you, I wouldn't worry about such sites since sooner or later they'll get traffic only for "Free Bikini Photos" whereas your forum will get visitors related to your niche.
