What are your favorite leafy grren foods?

What green foods do you like? My super food right now in that area is watercress. It has a strong peppery taste, so I just add a little bit of it to salads. It is nutrient dense and sells for about $3.00 per 5oz bag. It is also good on burgers and in sandwiches.

I'm obsessed with kale.
I don't put it on anything or eat it raw, but I loooove it in juice.
I like to juice kale with Gala apples and pears. Oh yum. <3

I'm also a fan of spinach and spring mix. But I don't juice those.
I just make salads with it.

I love spinach, but baby leaves which I pick from my propagator on the windowsill, all grown from seed. Spinach leaves are lovely in green salads. They take no time to grow, and a packet of seeds cost no more than 80p. kale is another, often found on the beach. Full of iodine.
