What kind of Chinese food do you prefer to eat?

When it comes to Chinese food I absolutely love it but I tend not to have it too often as I know if I did, I would get tired of it and then not want to eat it for a while. Chinese food for me is on special occasions and something that is always exciting for us to have when we have it due to how long it is between us having it.

I always like to have chicken with peppers in black bean sauce with boiled rice or Thai curry with fried rice. It depends on what I am in the mood for at the time.
