Quitting at the workplace may not always be the best decision especially when you have no backup plan. However, it is always necessary when you have no other option than to quit. What could be the reason you left your last job?

I hate working where I'm abused and not valued. These two things were the reason why I had to resign from my last workplace the sex toy company. My boss was a real pain in the *ss, so I had to leave peacefully.

I never had any problems with my last boss where I used to work. I only had to quit the job because I had to move out of town to another state. There was no way for me to be able to keep the job.

I always look for the opportunity to get paid better and an opportunity presented itself for me when I was working on my last job. I had to give them 1 month notice about my resignation and did when it was time.

I quit my last job because I didn't enjoy it, I found that working in a job role where you a public facing can be difficult and frustrating sometimes. I wanted to move to a job which didn't involve talking or dealing face to face with public. I also wanted to get more holiday entitlement to be able to have more time to myself

I quit a job I had during weekends because my co-workers were being very rude to me and when I spoke to my manager about it, they didn't seem interested. If anything, I got the impression they'd rather I didn't say anything at all and it caused drama so I decided I'd rather go than be bullied all the time.

I quit my last job because I didn't feel like there was any progression there and I worked very hard to try and go places.

Sometimes jobs just don't have the opportunities that you're after and you need to move on. I did like it there and got on with lots of people, it was just a shame that the job itself was a bit of a dead-end job to be honest.

I quit my last job because I wanted to progress to a higher level within the company and they didn't have any open opportunities so I decided to move onto somewhere else to try and earn more money. I don't like leaving a job, but sometimes you have to do it for your own personal development.

I quit my last job because I didn't like the area I was living in and wanted to move. I quite my job and moved to a different area of the country. Looking back it was a risk as I may not have been able to get another job but luckily it only took me a couple of months to get a new job once I had relocated.

I used to be an English teacher. One hot afternoon, I had an accident that broke my kneel cap on my way from work. My principal didn't care. She called me weeks later querying me for not submitting exam questions before leaving.

I was shocked. I didn't plan to get into an accident.

Then she reported me to School's board for truancy and absconding from work.
And this is a new principal that was posted to my school a month before my accident.
I had taught in that school for 6years before she came and not one day did anyone complain about me.

I was going for my query on crutches and was in pain.

When it was becoming clear that she was intentionally humiliating me, I resigned.

It came as a rude shock to her,

But I have moved on to better things.

I hear her son was pushed from a 3storey building the week I resigned and broke his spinal cord and he is in a wheelchair to date.

Whenever there is a situation that you have to move, there is no way you would expect to be able to keep your current job. It's only unless you can be able to work from home without having to report at the office that you can actually keep the job.

This is one of the first things I have taken into consideration before applying for any job. If it's not a job that's what I love and find joy in, I'm never taking it up.

I hated it. Left to start my own business. Love what I do now.
It is always very good when you manage to start up your own business because you can continue being a slave to another person's business for a long time. They are never going to allow you to grow financial it to the point where you're going to be financial stable.

It is not easy to start a new life elsewhere while looking for a job. I'm glad that you were able to secure a new job while in a new location.

Well, for some people, it's the money they're paid that's the most important thing for them in any job they're employed. Even if they hate the job but as long as the money is better, they are good.
