what the hell is going on?!

alright. so i was stupid and got a virus. but i knew howto completely get rid of it so i did that. but ever since i got rid of it, my computer is being retarded.

it wont change resolutions and is in black and white! ive reinstalled windows, my video drivers, everything! what do i do?

If it's that bad, you might want to backup your important files, reformat the hard drive, and do a totally fresh install of everything.
