Please post some of the things that annoy you. What are some of your pet peeves.

Quite a few things annoy me, but one of the things that really angers me is to see females treated as second class citizens by some countries and groups.

My biggest pet peeve on the entire planet is When i know someone is lying while they are lying. It is like an itching but I can't scratch.
 
Extremely noble people who always strive to speak for any type of anybody's rights.

And people who are over-confident about themselves. I always find it much fun to wipe their pride with the dirty grounds.
 
Loud chewing/sloppy mouth sounds
Moths that won't go away
When I get something in my eye
Early mornings
Lots of talking during films
Dirt under nails
Loads of other things :p

There's lots of things about life I hate but I wouldn't call them pet peeves as they're bigger than that.

Chewing, breathing heavily with no need, twitching feet and a whole bunch of other stuff.
 
-People in general
-Overly religious people/people who preach their religion when it's unnecessary (God saved that child's life? No, I'm pretty sure the surgeon did that...)
-People in general
-When people don't clear up their dog mess on the sidewalk
-When roads are icy/very wet
-Bad grammar ("friends" on Facebook are awful for this, half the time I don't know what they're saying at all; it's like a troglodyte meeting for anti-language protests)
-The idea that the government should have a say in whether I get an abortion or not
-Looking like a teenager despite being in my mid 20s
-Enemies with guns on Batman: Arkham City
-Having to chew medication because I have an acute fear of swallowing pills
-Summer
-People in general
 
I hate it when someone gives a promise and breaks it without a good reason.
 
One thing that really annoys me more than it should is poor mobile phone reception. I think my blood pressure rises, every time I speak to someone on a bad line.

Lots of people say this, but I have to admit my view is different. My experience is that teenagers are actually politer and more considerate of other people, than teenagers were years ago. They are also more knowledgeable and worldly aware, probably due to the Internet. Perhaps that's just my view or maybe it is due to some cultural changes here in Ireland, I'm not sure.
 
You know what annoys me? People just being down right rude for no reason at all. I guess it bothers me when people are rude 'cause my parents were always trying to teach me to behave well when I'm out in public (I'm not trying to blame my parents for anything). My parents just tried to raise me to have some manners, you know?

Agreed. I've found that in general, the older generation is far more set in their ways, which leads to unacceptable comments and rudeness, simply because in their time, it was totally acceptable to be racist, or sexist, or just an idiot. I often find when I have to catch a bus somewhere, the elderly push their way to the front of the queue, even if other people have been there waiting before them. They act as though they deserve things purely because of their advanced age, and that is something I cannot abide by. You should not expect to be respected. If you give none, you receive none. That is how I live.
 
Idiocy, ignorance, People that don't indicate on the roads. Oh and plain stupidity, but then I guess that comes from idiocy? And it goes on.. Chavs, People that hang round in groups on street corners, David Cameron, The Taxpayer . Also I agree with [MENTION=1041]Rebecca Chambers[/MENTION] with the **** spelling people do on FB, twitter etc, but don't like the fact people have to correct them .

Arrogant and ignorant people. Also people that drive dangerously or park illegally (Probably a bit ocd there!).
Long periods of bad weather also annoy me quite a lot.
 
Really bad service at a restaurant .
rotten food
clearing and cleaning the fridge
constant complaining
feeling ill
children not showing respect
as well as some care free adults
people smoking
sharp edge cans
over priced healthy food
narrow icy streets
mosquitoes
sand flies
