What is the brand of camera you use for taking photos to go along with your articles and reports? What type of camera or cameras have your got so you get the best images for your journalism work?

I got a Nikon D3200, but I'm not too happy about it. It does the job, but I'd love to upgrade to a better one. I don't take that many pictures however, so a new camera isn't on the top of my shopping list.

I googled it there and noticed a few reviews on it saying it wasnt the best. What did you not like about it? :P That said, the photo of the train in the @s3_gunzel 's post looks great. :P

It's not the best camera, but you get what you pay for, considering it's a pretty inexpensive SLR-camera. What I don't like about it is that the picture quality isn't as good as I'd like, and that the end result of the pictures is closer to what you get from a pretty good mobile phone than what a professional photographer would end up with.

Canon EOS 6D Mark II is amazing. It's really expensive though.
Yeah i just googled it there, its around £2,329.00 for one of them, that is alot for a camera. :P I think i would probably pay up to around £500 - £600 for a camera, that said i have not spent anywhere near that much on one before, but i do want a good camera. :P

I won't buy a new camera sometime soon just because of the price. The next camera I buy is one I'd like to last me for a few decades, so I'll probably search for something around £1,000 - but spending that much money isn't something I'm in a position to do right now.

I don't really have a proper camera for taking pictures. I just use my smartphone to take pictures when I need to, it's pretty good so it's good enough for me for pictures

Yeah i use my phone for alot of things and most of the time im happy with it when its just taking snaps of me out and about, etc.. but sometimes when im uploading some images on my blog, it would be good to have better quality. :P

My favorite camera when it comes to photo taking is my Canon Powershot SX510 HS. Aside from being handy, I can also get high definition photos. It also has a 30x Zoom capabilities that can be used to get a closer photo of the moon. It such a powerful camera in a cheap price.

I just using my Note 5 camera. It doeant matter if what brand or how expensive is your camera. it dependa on how you use and if you are are using applications to enhance your photo.

Its great it does me for what i need has a good zoom/focus its small compatable im not a camera guy or into much gadgets but i would recommend

Our first camera was actually an instamatic Kodak that we bought in 1996. Whew, that’s already a museum piece. But our first digital camera is a Canon Powershot model A520. It has a video function aside from the photos with moderate resolution of 4 megapixels. We bought another camera after that, also a Canon. Our latest camera now is a Canon SX130. I think it is 8 years old already but still doing pretty well with the pictures and videos. We had plans of buying a DSLR camera but it’s still not affordable.
