Just wanted to know if you are going to the Grand Opening of Mariano's today? I want to go but I'm going to wait til the curiosity factor dies down.

I just got back about an hour ago. The first thing I noticed was that the parking lot was packed--something you NEVER saw when Dominick's was there. The store was super crowded--to the point that I had to get out of there. Everywhere I tried to turn there was someone pushing their cart in slow motion smack dab in the middle of the isle blocking other shoppers with carts and people trying to pass them. And like I said, there were ALOT of people. But the store is beautiful (what I could see of it) and the employees were really friendly. I'm looking forward to going back and taking a better look. Maybe tomorrow. Double coupons anyone?:lol:
