Who still make use of yahoo mail?

I can remember some years ago when almost everyone was making use of Yahoo mail till Google broke into the market with their services in Gmail. A lot of users dumper Yahoo mail for Gmail but I'm sure there are still some users of Yahoo mail services.

I'm an old school when it comes to the email service I love to use. It's why I'm still making use of Yahoo mail even though I have a Gmail account.

I have never used Yahoo Mail before but I know a couple of people that do use it as their primary mail provider. I don't really know what it offers different to a provider like Outlook but I'm sure it's largely the same. I think it's just been around longer perhaps than others and people just don't migrate away from it.

I do have a Yahoo email address but I barely use it. I tend to only use it for spam so if I sign up to a newsletter than I use my Yahoo address as a kind of secondary one so my main email doesn't get clogged up with rubbish I don't always want to see. It's good if I want to see if I have some offers available when wanting to buy something but I don't use it as my primary account for anything.

I've never had a Yahoo email address because I started off with a Hotmail address, that later turned into Outlook but I just use a Gmail address now because I feel like Gmail has a better suite of email controls and management compared to the others I've tried. I'm not even sure I know anyone that has a Yahoo address. Must be one of the lesser used emails.

I have a very old account that was my first one, I've taken all my major related sites off of it and just use it for spam signup purposes only.

I really give kudos to yahoo for making emails popular at the time. But they have fallen off the cliff as email providers. Google with their Gmail have completely taken over that niche.
