Will the EPL 2021/2022 go down to the wire?

We saw Liverpool yesterday coming from behind to beat Aston villa 2-1, away from home. Now, they've inflicted the pressure back to man city, pending Manchester city's match result later today ( 11-05-2022) with Wolverhampton wanderers away from home. Even if Man City is topping the chat with goal difference and a match in hand, you never can say it is over until the chasing team finds it unable to reach the points tally to be crowned champions.

I am seeing this premier league season going down to the wire, it will be decided in the last day of the season, just as in recent times.

It has gone to the wire after Manchester City failed to defeat West Ham United at the weekend. The win is now in City's court to lose as all they need is a win in their final game of the season in order to clinch the trophy.

If Manchester City decides to be very unfortunate, they should go ahead and draw Aston Villa. Then Liverpool will have all the trophy to grab this season. They have done well so far.
