I at the moment have barely used Windows 11 if I am honest with only gaining access to it in July of 2023. I did wonder how long it would be before a new Windows OS would not be a free upgrade and you would have to start paying annually for it.
I personally will stay on Windows 11 as long as I can.
I'm holding out on W10 as long as I can, and if W12 really is coming out this year, they need to announce it soon. So many business would need to start testing their stuff on it.
I wouldn't pay for an annual subscription, no. I would pay a 1-time upgrade free if it were within reason though. I'm fine with Windows 11 though. I just got a new laptop and i've used Windows 11 for over a year now anyway so i'm not in any rush to upgrade to Windows 12.
