(But I'm not bitter. Why shouldn't people call Tech support out when they break a laptop, demand a new bleeding-edge one from a company not on the approved list of vendors, and then when they get approval for this from the CEO scream at us when they discover that what they wanted is going to take 3 weeks to ship? No, no, not bitter at all...)
