Games that comes with a lot of ads pop always have the option to pay for an upgrade so that you don't have ads popping up in game.
It's actually the business strategy of using the ads to harass gamers into paying for the ads to be removed.

Paying for the ads to be removed and stop interrupting your gameplay isn't questioning the game's developers but actually doing what they wanted you to do by putting the ads in the game.

Yes, I would pay for ads to be removed from a game if I had the choice because I hate seeing ads in a game because it spoils the experience. I don’t like micro transactions so if there was a way to buy the game so everything in the game was free then I’d support that.
When it comes to games with advertisements, I am normally okay with seeing them as long as it doesn't interfere with the gameplay. When it's an advertisement every 30 to 60 seconds, I am either going to delete the game or purchase an ad-free experience. If I'm spending money to have ads removed it will be because I really enjoy the game.
I hate ads with passion. It's why whenever it's too much in any video games that I have to play, if I can't pay for the ads to be removed, I will quit playing the game and rest from the ads.
If it is a game I play a lot and really enjoy then I will put money into the game to stop ads knowing I am still helping the developer by doing that. If it's a game I play every so often for free then I will tolerate the ads in the game for the duration I play it and will not put money into it to get rid of the ads as I don't feel that is worth it for how much I would play the game.
