Your favorite piece of tech?

My Desktop and Nokia X6. I use this to surf, watch, download stuffs...and lots more

My laptop is my favorite piece of tech. It is what I do my work on, it is how I have fun, and it is where I can go to have with discussions with others all around the world.

I feel like it'll be one of those cases that get thrown aside and is decided from the beginning, the government will do what it does best and make the decision of the case before its even discussed.

I don't know if it will be they will throw it out right away, or at all. They may very well let it go through so the people see that they are not stomping on it. Though they will never win and it will waste a lot of money.

Well...they would deserve it. However I get the vibe that it'll be ignored just like the other 5 or so odd scandals the liberals are pretending do not exist.

I think it would depend upon who took up the fight. If Larry Klayman of Freedom Watch takes the battle on he will fight with everything he has got. If you do not know who he is, he was the founder of Judicial Watch until he stepped down. Now he runs Freedom Watch.

Yeah, I agree. I mean, it's not hard for the government (especially the NSA) to just blackmail or offer a judge a raise for him/her to just toss the case to the side. I mean, after all it is the government ... and they get away with stuff on the daily.

They don't need to blackmail or bribe a judge. They work for the same team. A judge would throw it out if only asked too.
