The distance between my home town and the city where I live is 423 kilometers. It takes 10 hours bus ride through the mountain road. However, once it took over 26 hours to come to the city from my home town. That was because of the road blockage due to the landslide. That was the longest bus journey I ever had.

I have been in a 13 hours bus ride from Enugu State to Saki Oyo State in Nigeria. There wasn't any flight available to take me there, so I had to travel by bus. It was one of the most horrible bus travel experiences in my life.

The longest bus journey lasted 8 hours and took us from Manila to Baguio City. Baguio City is a popular tourist destination in the Philippines. I slept for half of the trip to avoid getting bored.
