Favre's only 36 years old. He still has a few years ahead of him left IMO. With that offensive line giving him no support, I don't blame him for trying to retire from taking all of the hits that he receives. Green Bay has no offense line, whereas most of the other teams would be a good upgrade...

I like the idea of seeing Favre throwing to Issac Bruce, Torry Holt, Antonio Gates, Terrell Owens, LT, Pearless Price and Reggie Bush. Those mentioned offenses would be on a whole different level with Favre at the helm. :)

True, but it wouldn't hurt to have Favre's talent on your team even if you're already have most of the pieces put together. There's lots of teams who could improve their QB situation in order to be successful. IMHO these teams are very questionable at QB to win a Super Bowl......Vikings, Saints...

The Packers franchise is a huge mess. If I was Favre, I'll get out before things get any worse than they already are. :) Even Favre can't save the Packers. They should start from scratch with a young QB, you're saving Favre from having a mental breakdown.

Favre is not going to win another Super Bowl in Green Bay. The guy still has a cannon for an arm, someone out there would want him as one of their top two options at QB. He's a fierce competitor who wants to win, I would imagine he would want to go out as a Super Bowl winner before he retires...

People wonder why some kids become sore losers these days. Winning games shouldn't be everything, expecially when it comes to kids' activities. Bad move by the district for the moral value standpoint. You haven't seen Prairie View A & M University quit their schedule have you?
