If the site stays strictly within the "admin" niche, I think it would be pretty difficult to grow beyond the 50-100 posts/day range. Mainly because if you take the average human being, very few are interested in "admining", and of those, not a very high percentage are going to go somewhere to...

Dude... you lost 40 pounds in a month?? That's crazy (but congrats). I broke my foot about 6 months ago and have been lazy about getting back to the gym (now that I can)... Although I did start swimming every day for the last week.
