Anxiety and Worry

The Bible teaches to not worry. However, a lot of people are beset with such problems that it understandable why it's tough to avoid it. Well, do you feel like worry is bad from whatever perspective you have?

I, like many other IT people have to run servers daily, anxiety and worry is a constant thing for us lol.

I suffer from anxiety and tend to worry a lot more than I ever used to about things I probably should not worry about a lot of the time. LIfe is full of things that can cause anxiety for anyone and so it is very difficult to avoid even if you want to.

Stress is another which can lead to anxiety, it is tough to avoid.

I always get anxious. I am worried about what is happening right now and about to happen in the future. I am the only one who helps my parents financially, and I do not earn that much, and it makes me feel scared about unexpected expenses. I am also sick, and anything bad can take place at any time.

The problem the biggest majority of us get anxious. But some people could handle stress and others are always anxious. This is the difference.
