How many of you here grill out often, and when ya do what kinds of stuff do you make?
I grill all the time, our winters are usually very mild and allow for all year grilling. I usually have the staples: boudin, gator tail, ribs, steaks, deer, armadillo eggs. Throw in the once every few weeks crawfish boils with cold beer and tobasco... helps make the summer nights real fun.
