Apple picking - go early - orchards are low

I don't know if this includes pumpkins. I didn't think at the time it was a good deal but when you compair it apple holler at 15 per person it is a good deal.

"t's Columbus Day and we've decided to open the Pick-Your-Own orchard one last day for picking! Come out to get as many apples & pumpkins as you'd like for $25 per car! There are still Jonathan, Golden Delicious and Red Delicious apples plus Pumpkins!!! The weather is a little cool but the sun is shining - come on out!"


Crap, I didn't know it included pumpkins! :(((((
 
Wow...could've spent the whole day with an empty car gathering a ton.

Would've been fun. Oh well, hope someone went and had a blast!
 
Wow, that was a deal. I wish I had heard about that earlier. I could have driven my SUV and stuffed it full LOL!

We actually went to Royal Oak today and the four of us paid 30.00 for 4 small bags of Ozark Gold, Ultra Gold, Suncrisp, and Liberty apples. They were all really good although the better apples were high up in the trees and required an apple picker. Time to bake and make apple chips and applesauce!
