I use both T1 and DSL, but probably T1 a bit more.

LoL! I live in the middle of a little bitty town. The only reason I just got cable is cause the company just moved in next to my house!! thanks goD! I was so tired of 56k!!

way out here is...about 1 1/2 hours out of Melbourne, Australia. Blasted cable companies won't bother outside outside of Melbourne and Sydney.

RoadRunner cable modem, here. Does nicely. Icky, I wonder if they are developing a wireless technology in Australia like microwave transceivers or something along those lines?

There is a satellite option available, but it's very expensive and not as good as cable - the download speeds are supposed to be very good, but the upload speeds are same as 56k. Eventually, we'll probably get cable, but seeing we only got natural gas a couple of years back, I'm not too hopeful of getting it while I'm still living here.

i'm gonna hold off on this one, because while i use 56k now, i'll be at school shortly and there's no telling what we'll have. either T1 or T3 or something faster, i'm sure

so i'll vote once i'm on campus and online
