Freedom to choose any religion also includes choosing no religion.

Agreed. But including a cross in this memorial/museum is not forcing anyone to choose a religion. Just because you look at a cross doesn't automatically make you a Christian.

They are not "including a cross." They are "using public funds to include a cross."

They could put fifty crosses on there as long as they didn't use taxpayer money to do it.

Why the huge objection to the idea of having this bankrolled by private funds? That is, in effect, all the lawsuit is possible of accomplishing.

I really don't give a crap who pays for it but this group is trying to get the cross removed from the 9-11 memorial/museum. Should there be a separate museum for the 9-11 Christian artifacts? :surrender:
