Have you ever had to use customer support for a website or company and was it a good experience? Did you have any problems and have you ever had to direct hate towards them? Were they a :good: or :bad: support?
 
I hate customer support for websites. Literally you could get more help from a deaf monkey. The fact that they just talk, talk and talk without giving much advice or help is awful and to be honest I would replace them with robots if I could
 
General company customer service/support has always been good for me when it comes to resolving issues about a product or service (some cases have to be escalated though) still, I manage to resolve my problems with them. Online support for hosting and such is a whole another matter - I am actually having some difficulty resolving an issue right now because they keep insisting there is no problem that they can see even though I recorded a video demonstrating the problem that me and my staff members are encountering.
 
Yeah they can be quite annoying. I was talking to Xbox Live Support yesterday as my membership expired but their service was down and I wasn't able to use it for the last few days. I was told I could get some free membership but still nothing and now their customer support isn't even working :@
