So I decided to finally watch Death Note prior to a recommendation by a friend and surprisingly it was actually very good.

This coming from a person who isn't a fan of anime at all.

It is actually very interesting, and the story is excellent.

I love what the manga, the anime and the live action movie of the Japanese. The American adaptation... way off! I was turned off because it didn't stay true to the original story line. The characters, also screwed. The characteristics of the characters in the American version is far cry from the original. Just saying.

Thank you for recommending death note to me for I've decided to watch interesting and educational movies this year being 2018. At the moment, I'm watching the popular movie known as Power and the lesson that I'm learning from it is immense and one that I could have to implement in the way that I live my life.
