I favor it. I teach that if you do the crime you should be prepared to pay the time. Time being endless in this case as death is infinite. I do not think the tax payer should be footing the bill for horrendous people to live in captivity. I don't see the point in sparing them pain and anguish because you can bet their victims didn't recieve that mercy.

I dunno. Jail should be for big hideous crimes where the option of the person integrating into society is completely out of the window. Jails are overpopulated.
On the other hand I find hard to stomach the idea of condemning someone to die, even if the person did something horrible, but if keeping them alive is a danger, because they are good escaping jail or just way too violent, killing them may be better than say mutilate their extremities. I don't think killing them would be the punishment so it should be quick and painless.
To be honest, this is a ray topic so I am not even sure what i think. I tend to go with the no taking other people's life above the eye for an eye, but yeah. I don't know.

No, under no circumstances. Its' too expensive, too arduous to carry out (especially now w/the seeming unavailability of lethal-injection drugs, etc) and its' just an overall barbaric practice unbefitting a civilized society.
