Digital TV convertor boxes

I asked about convertor boxes a months ago, and never acted on it.
My husband is getting antsy now..LOL

I need a convertor box..does anyone have one to sell or give away?? or have a lead on one?

He wants to be able to watch world cup soccer games at work.
