Do you have a meal plan which you always follow and it makes sure that you have a breakfast routine meal. There's nothing that would make you break that routine easily unless it's something that you can't control. I have making use of a mean plan for the past 10 years.
Each day is different for me so I don't have a set routine for breakfast. Some days I will wake and feel the need to eat straight away and other days I will wake and want to wait a little longer before I eat anything but I may have a drink after waking up.
When it comes to what I eat as well, that is not a routine either and I usually eat whatever I fancy at the time.
Usually cereal or a bagel or a piece of fruit. It's a little bit easier for me as I walk out the door to head to work. I have my cereal at work just in case.

I usually don’t eat breakfast as its one of the meals that I tend to skip. I just start my day off with a cup of coffee, then I eat lunch around 1 or 2pm.

There was a time we had for almost every meal, but now we no longer have that. When it comes to breakfast, we simply eat whatever we can come across for the day, though we try to make sure it's healthy.
I don't follow a any breakfast routine but i use to take one bottle of coca cola after eating in the morning. Normally, my work is too physical and i need the energy for the work. Sometimes, i do take two bottles before evening.
