Electric cars have grown in popularity at an incredibly fast rate over recent years, although they are still quite expensive.
Have you bought an electric car, and if so, why? I personally would like to buy one but due to how much money they still cost, it's not something I'm able to properly consider right now. Once they reduce in price though, I'll look into them more.
I wouldn't trust an electronic or electric car for any reason whatsoever. Yes, technology is good but the rate they are going with it is becoming very scary for me.
I think that it was Elon Musk company that's been working on Electric cars for a while now. I don't mind it at all as long as it's safe to drive, I would always welcome it.

I do not have an electric car, in fact I have never owned a car. However, I have a motor bike and it is electric. The electric motor bike cost me more money than the petrol bike but the maintenance cost is very low for the electric bike, so ultimately I am saving money.
