Do you think people can really change?

There is someone in my life that is really changing. I know why that person is changing, but others would dismiss my theory. Anyway, some think certain people are beyond hope, but that's very wrong.

Change is constant so don't expect everything to be permanent especially if money and money are the potential tools for change.

I strongly believe a person can change if they really want to. Though it would not be easy change is possible. You can't change a person unless they want to change.
