Their is no doubt, whenever I want to work long through the night as a writer, and a crypto trader, I put my headphone on, that's just it for me. I wouldn't sleep long through the night, provided I'm listening to my favourite songs. Music is life, I stay awake provided that I'm listening to wonderful sound recordings.

Yeah, especially when I got some tasks I need to complete over the night I just keep the music on while I work, it helps me to stay awake for a long time through the night.
I don’t think it keeps me awake if I’m in bed and trying to sleep, as long as it’s not too loud anyway! I think it can be nice to drift off listening to music but I’d prefer to not have any on if I’m trying to sleep because it can actually wake you up sometimes, for me at least.
Great question! I have tried to sleep while listening to music and it is nearly impossible for me. I enjoy music so much, that when I'm listening to it my mind just automatically begins thinking about the lyrics and singing with it. Music is certainly very comforting but when it comes to sleep, I can't listen to music, it keeps me awake.
Exactly!! You can't be playing a heavy metal music and be expecting to fall asleep with it in your room, that's not possible unless you are on sleeping pills.
