Experiences at a religious school?

I've been to a catholic primary school + high school.
Every year I've had to sit through easter watching an assembly about Jesus rising from the dead + it's pretty lame but other than that it's pretty regular. I guess this topic is made to ask what your little pet peeves are about going to one, or not going to one? >:]

I used to go to an all Christian primary school, was made to pray and sing hymns. I was a Christian at that time due to my primary school, not my parents. I became Atheist early in my high school years

Right now we have to do a prayer every morning in form. One of us has to read it out everyday. Pls halp. ;_;

My primary school wasn't actually a Christian school, but the head teacher got us to sing hymns and pray each day which got annoying. My secondary school was diverse and had no set religion so the only time it was every spoken about was in Religious Studies.

i've studied in a catholic school until i went to uni. I was alright. I had to go to church and do some pilgrimages because I happen to study on a very, very, VERY holy ground (it's been said that the mother of jesus appeared there so.....). But those pilgrimages were good because i always went MIA with my mates and went grab some beer
