Fantasy Baseball?

A 10 team league would be perfect. While I would like to limit it to soup members, I wouldnt be opposed to Your friend Jourg. Do you think that he may be interested in joining the soup?

Yeah, I think it should be a pre-requisite that anyone not currently a member of Alien Soup should join before entering the league.
That's the way we did it in Football and Hockey. We should at least keep that consistent.

I totally agree that everyone should be a member of Alien Soup. Actually what I was aying in my previous post was that I know there must be someone else around here who would be interested. I in fact don't know of anyone who would be interested. Sorry if I was confusing.

Beyond just being a member of the soup, I think it is best if people are at least moderately active members of the soup as it sucks when there are team managers who never check on their team.

MJ it is a lot of fun. If it is time you are worried about It only mabe a 30 min a day at the most. Completly understandable if that is too much though . . . I mean I remember trying to get ready for college and the like.

Prox, it probably doesn't even take 30mins a day.
It may be for the first few weeks, where you're trying to find the right guys to be starters, but once you do have a nice strong lineup all you need to do is keep watch of the injury lists and for hot players.

I'd agree with 30mins a day for the first 2 weeks and then 30mins a week after that.

Yeah, the nightly SportsCenter, and a check on ESPN.com for injuries is all I really need. No more than 5-10 minutes a day, and I REALLY keep on top of it.

Well, Our Commish has issued a statement on the rumormill page that the leagues will be filled by March 27th, so come-on gang lets get our league filled before they throw in some non-Soupers. Last I looked there were 3 spots open.

I got a guy from work who's really into baseball who said he'll try to get into the league before Sandbox fills the spots. He was an AS member, but hasn't been on in so long that his account was wiped out with the last purge, so he said he'll sign up again.

Hey, at least it's one less outsider.
