Mine is Wednesday. I think this is for two reasons: (1) For my four years of college (which just ended), I seldom had class on Wednesdays. (2) In Japanese, Wednesday is written ??? (suiyoubi) or just ?, which means 'water day' or 'water' -- which happens to be one of my favorite Japanese characters (kanji).

Not really sure anymore, as I am not on any work schedule currently! BAH! Once I'm actually back into work/classes, I'll have come up with a few days I'm sure.
