Free $15+ from Dannon Activia class action settlement

A proposed settlement has been reached in a class action lawsuit about Dannon’s advertising for Activia® and DanActive® branded products ("Products") and their benefits from “probiotic†bacteria. The lawsuit claims the advertising was not true. Dannon stands by its advertising and denies it did anything wrong. However, Dannon has settled to avoid the cost and distraction of litigation.


Guess this would work like a $15 + rebate if you still have your receipts.

Ahhhh my mom buys that all the time. I doubt she saved her receipts.

I don't think you need receipts if you're claiming <$15...sounds like you just have to sign an affy...

I have bought Activia but dont have any receipts, but the way I read it, you only need proof of purchase if its over $30. I submitted it for $15 and it went through. I guess we will see what happens.
