If anyone around here has a Gawker account ( Lifehacker, Jezzibell, Jalponiketc) you best go around changing your passwords.

Even though most of my passwords are unique I had one password that was a throw away password for sites I really didn't care about. Of course I registered with Gawker using that password and had to go around changing all of them.
.
Here's what kills me is Gawker blogs have some sort of commenting audition system. I never even bothered commenting after registering because of an unclear approval process. I wound up spending all afternoon changing passwords due to a hacked site that I never commented on anyhow.
Lastly who the hell doesn't salt their passwords into today's day and age? They were MD5'd. Asshats. :bonk: I wouldn't care if just emails were leaked as Gmail takes care of spam but passwords are a whole other problem.
