Gluten Free People-ever try Breads from Anna??

has anyone ever tried the box mixes Bread from Anna?

My ds is a senior and college working on an advertising campaign for the company Breads from Anna -he is looking for some feedback.

But her son is gluten free so she knows her stuff besides coupons of course.

Good gluten free bread is hard to find. Some of it takes like cardboard. Udi's is the best I've found and you have to keep it in the freezer. So to have a sandwich I have to take it out and defrost it and toast it. And it's kind of smaller size.

So homemade gluten free bread would be great, but I've never tried it.
