I think it's important for people to establish goals for themselves. It's been a long time since I've compiled a list of goals. I really need to do that soon. I've been really good at achieving my goals the best way to do it to create three different lists: Short Term (withing 0-12 months), Medium Term (within 1-5 years), Longer Term (5-10 Years). I find that when you have a list that you are constantly able to refer to you naturally make your decisions/actions accordingly.
My medium time goals is to get a bit fitter physically. Long term goals is to have a nice job, house and some nice cars by the time I am around 25ish (hopefully ...)
