I don't want to be flushed! Don't pry the Jewel deals from my cold, dead fingers, please.

I'm from Dundee, IL. I am a working mother of four boys. My husband is a stay at home dad. He fails at shopping and sometimes life.

I usually shop at Target, Wal-Mart, Meijer, sometimes Butera, Jewel, and rarely Dominick's. I love the frozen pizzas from Aldi, too.

I am a television addict, a sci-fi geek, and I love rock and indie music. I also have this unexplained love for American Idol, that goes against my usual loathing of both reality television and pop music. Um...there is really nothing interesting about me, negl.

I think it was the Chi-Town Cheapskate blog originally. Then yesterday, in the AFC Jewel forum, someone asked why it was so dead, and a migration was mentioned, as well as talk of an active Jewel forum elsewhere, so I googled. Of course, the thread is gone on AFC, now, so the gossip was clearly too juicy. Then I saw ppl swearing and not acting like robots, so obviously I knew this was an awesome place to be.
 
:wel: Post a comment to something every once in a while in the Off Topic Forum or a thank-you in the Jewel forums and you will be safe from being flushed. You and I have three things in common. We shop Jewel. We work outside of the home and we live in Illinois. :wel:
 
Welcome! I've been around for a week and no longer considered new. Just post funny and cryptic messages and you will fit it. :lol:

You never know what type of help you might receive. Wouldn't have known that CW posts would help out medically with my son. As a result of someone's post and my inquiry, my son will be seeing a urologist. Go figure, funny what you learn here!

Oh, I hope it's nothing serious! One of my sons had to go to the urologist for a hernia. He's having surgery on Thursday to repair it. He's only five. He had the flu for almost a week and that caused it. I'm very nervous, ngl. :(

Nothing to be confused about......what you're prolly thinking is correct. Our lil Georgie poo is an advocate of blow jobs as in licky the ****y. She keeps her mistah very happy.
