Currently my favourite type of smoothie to make. So healthy & great if you're trying to lose some weight for the summer season!
There are so many variations to this recipe, but this is my favorite way of making it:
1 cup Almond milk
1/2 cup Greek Yogurt
1 banana, frozen and chunked
1 cup kale
1 cup fresh spinach
1/2 cup chopped pineapples
1 cup ice cubes (optional)
Blend all ingredients together and enjoy!
