Currently my favourite type of smoothie to make. So healthy & great if you're trying to lose some weight for the summer season!

There are so many variations to this recipe, but this is my favorite way of making it:

1 cup Almond milk
1/2 cup Greek Yogurt
1 banana, frozen and chunked
1 cup kale
1 cup fresh spinach
1/2 cup chopped pineapples
1 cup ice cubes (optional)

Blend all ingredients together and enjoy!
 
I actually prefer to use a blender because juicers get rid of all the pulp, so you don't get the benefits of the fiber found in the produce.
 
If you're at college or uni and have a Thermos, this smoothie will see you well good. From the tofu its rich in protein and fibre and takes only 5 minutes to make.

1 cup frozen mixed berries
1/2 banana
1/2 cup apple juice
1/4 cup silken tofu

Combine berries, banana, apple juice and tofu in a blender; blend until smooth. Make twice the amount and have the rest for elevensies
