Have you ever modified a game?

Have you ever modified a game? If so, what game and what did you change?


Apart from making changes to configuration files for better performance and/or to increase field of view, I generally only tend to modify the Fallout or Elder Scrolls games. Recently I've heavily modded Fallout 3, Fallout: New Vegas and The Elder Scrolls: Skyrim.
